Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to track your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are usually processed the same day.
We accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team with your order number to initiate a return. Opened products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
